Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and other reputable courier services.

4. Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

During particularly busy periods, including new product releases, Christmas and bank holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer.

5. Delivery charges

We offer a simple UK delivery service for all online orders.

• Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 per order
• FREE UK Delivery: Available on all orders over £150

If your order qualifies for free delivery, this will be applied automatically during checkout.

Delivery charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, and no additional shipping fees will be added after checkout.

We may offer a click & collect service from our store at:
