2. Change of mind returns

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To do this, email us at info@gallahammergames.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

3. Condition of returned items

Returned items should be:

• unused;
• in their original packaging where possible; and
• in a resaleable condition.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem; and
• clear photos where possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy in line with your legal rights.

5. Return postage

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will discuss the appropriate return method and refund any reasonable return costs where applicable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, or evidence of return where required by law, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If a return is due to cancellation under your consumer rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid on the order where required by law. We do not refund any enhanced or upgraded delivery option.

7. Non-returnable items

We may be unable to accept returns for:

• personalised or made-to-order items;
• sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened; and
• items excluded from cancellation rights by law.

8. How to return an item

Please email info@gallahammergames.co.uk before returning an item.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for higher-value returns and keeping proof of postage.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
