Orders

How do I know my order has been received?

Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has entered our system and is being prepared.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is shown in your order confirmation email. If you contact us about an order, please include the order number so we can find it quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

How will my order be sent?

Orders are sent using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Once your order is ready and dispatched, you’ll receive an email letting you know it is on the way.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is available for your order, the tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Please allow a little time for Royal Mail tracking to update after collection.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the service used, Royal Mail processing times and busy periods. Your dispatch email confirms when your parcel has left us.

What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking first if one was provided. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Can I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can confirm the next steps. Items should usually be unused, unopened and in a resellable condition unless faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue. We’ll review it and help resolve the problem.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund has been approved and processed, the time it takes to appear can depend on your bank, card provider or payment method.
