We sell miniatures, tabletop gaming products, paints, hobby supplies, accessories, and related items.

2. These terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete; and
• you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods from us.

A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• an item is out of stock;
• there is an obvious pricing or description error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
• we cannot fulfil delivery for any reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the relevant amount.

4. Product descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices, and other content are accurate.

However:

• product colours may vary depending on your screen or device;
• packaging may differ from images shown;
• some items may require assembly or painting unless stated otherwise; and
• specifications, weights, and dimensions may be approximate.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout.

7. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the item, offer an alternative where appropriate, or contact you to discuss your options.

8. Delivery

We will deliver goods to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

9. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exclusions below.

You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned.

10. Exclusions from cancellation

Your right to cancel may not apply to certain items, including:

• personalised or made-to-order items;
• sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened; and
• any items excluded by law.

11. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gallahammergames.co.uk .

Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photos where possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
